The Digity Mud Volcano is located at Digity Village, Monkey Town and can be accessed easily via Lalbeharry Trace then onto a recently paved road (Former Caroni Agricultural Access Road; E0673357, N1126421 (UTM Naparima Datum). It has the classical cone shape that is commonly associated with volcanoes. The cone is 63 feet above sea level and is 20 feet high with mud and gas being ejected. This is by far the largest of the volcanoes in Trinidad. There are several sheds and public convenience facilitating family activities. There are grassy areas that are ideal for relaxing meals with family and friends. Visiting this site should be on every tourist itinerary
