The Penal Debe Regional Corporation held its Annual Divali Celebration on the 28th October, 2025. The event was held at the Corporations Main Office and consisted of various performances of Dance, Singing, Tassa, Modelling and Pick-a-Pan. The function was well attended by Members of Staff and Council and displayed the culture of Divali.
