The Municipal Corporations Act 21 of 1990 lists five (5) Chief Officers of the Corporation who are responsible for leading divisions. These are:
- Chief Executive Officer
- Corporate Secretary
- Engineering and Surveying Officer
- Principal Medical and Health Officer
- Financial Officer.
