The public is hereby notified that the District Registrar of Births and Deaths at the Penal Debe Regional Corporation will NOT be available to serve the Public for the period December 29^th, 2021 to January 17^th, 2022.

Accordingly, please note the arrangements hereunder:

.        29/ 12/2021 to 17/01/2022 registrations for the Penal/ Debe are to be directed to Ms. Ina Jahurie, District Registrar at Point Fortin.

2.       29/12/2021 to 3/01/2022 ONLY registrations for ALL Princes Town Districts are to be directed to Ms. Ina Jahurie District Registrar at Point Fortin.

3.       However, from Monday 3^rd January 2022 to 17/01/2022, ALL Princes Town District registrations should be forwarded to Ms. Ann Marie Bebee, District Registrar at Rio Claro (who will be resuming dutyfrom vacation leave).

4.       29/12/2021 to 3/01/2022 registrations for Rio Claro are to be direct to the District Registrar at Sangre Grande. (Ms. Bebee is on vacation leave and registrations were being sent to Penal/ Debe).

The public is hereby notified that Ramsabad Trace would be closed for a   period of six (6) weeks with effect from November 08, 2021 to December 19, 2021 to  facilitate the construction of a  Box Culvert.

The alternative access route will be via  Sukhan Trace and Sumanie Trace. For further information please call 647-0231 or 647-0961 ext. 120.

CLOSURE OF ROADWAY AT WILSON ROAD

The public is hereby notified that Wilson Road at the junction of Clarke Road  would be closed with effect from November 01, 2021 until further

notice to  facilitate the construction of a  Box Culvert.

The alternative access route will be via  Mohess Road, Katwaroo Trace and Laltoo Trace. For further information please call 647-0231 or 647-0961 ext. 120.

On Saturdays (ONLY)*

has been changed as follows:

From 6:00am to 3:00pm

With effect from Saturday October 2^nd 2021

*The hours of operation of other days remain unchanged.
