On Friday October 25th, the Penal Debe Regional Corporation hosted its annual Divali Celebration at the corporation’s Council Hall. The event began with a customary Prayer (Puja), followed by the programme. Which consisted of popular Divali Songs, dance items, modeling, pick-a-pan and crowning of a Divali King and Queen. The event was well attended by staff of PDRC and Members of Council.
