Tender NOTICE

SPECIAL MINISTERIAL TENDERS COMMITTEE

PENAL/DEBE REGIONAL CORPORATION

The Penal/Debe Regional Corporation in accordance with the Central Tenders Board Regulation 12/2/b and Legal Notice No. 234, which falls under the limit of the Special Ministerial Tenders Committee, invites tenders under the Development Programme 2020/2021 for the undermentioned project:

POLICE POST BUILDING – CONSTRUCTION OF GROUND LEVEL – To construct block walls using concrete foundation blocks strengthen with concrete mix for areas: Reception Area etc.

A pre-tender meeting followed by site visit will be held for prospective tenderers on Friday 09^th July, 2021 at 10.00 a.m. at the Debe Sub Office located at Debe Sub Office Road, Debe. ALL COVID PROTOCOLS WILL BE OBSERVED.

Any further technical information can be obtained during normal working hours from the Engineering and Survey Officer, Ms. Jaade Subrattee at 647-0961 ext 214 or for general information contact the Tenders Clerk at 647-0961/7012 Ext 112.

Tender document can be obtained during normal working hours, upon payment of a non-refundable tender deposit of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). The original receipt must be submitted with the Tender.

Tenders must be accompanied by valid:

1. Income Tax and Value Added Tax Clearance Certificates issued by the Board of Inland Revenue and dated not more        than six (6) months prior to the closing of the tender.

• Certificate of Compliance issued in accordance with the National Insurance Act.

One original together with three copies of the completed documents in the prescribed format together with supporting documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope and labeled:

and be deposited in the RED Tender Box located in the upstairs lobby of the Penal/Debe Regional Corporation located at #218 S.S Erin Road, Debe NOT LATER than Tuesday July 20^th, 2021 at 10:00a.m.  

Tenders will be publicly opened shortly thereafterat the Penal/Debe Regional Corporation Council Hall. The Tenderer or his authorized representative may be present at the opening.

Late tenders will NOT be considered under any circumstances.

The Special Ministerial Tenders Committee does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other tender.

The Committee reserves the right to reject proposals not signed, in unsealed envelopes or with alterations or erasures not initialed by the Tenderer.

The public is hereby notified that Bridge at Mathura Avenue off Charlo    Village, Penal would be closed to ALL USERS from  June 25, 2021 until  further notice.

The alternative access routes will be via Station 10 off Quinam Road and Lowkie Trace, Penal. For further information please call 647-0231 or 647-0961 ext. 120.

1. Saturday 19^th June, 2021-  (Labour Day Public Holiday)
2. Sunday 20^th June, 2021

1. 4 p.m. on Fridays
2. 1 p.m. on Saturdays
