The Penal/Debe Regional Corporation advises that in light of the of the Covid-19 Pandemic in Trinidad & Tobago, Members of the Public are kindly asked to utilize our telephone contact numbers, email, Facebook page and Website to make enquires, complaints or communicate with us in accessing our services. We encourage you to visit our offices

If it does become necessary to visit the Corporation, all persons will be required to observe our Public Health protocols on entry such as Temperature Testing, Hand Sanitization at washing stations and Wearing of Masks. Out of an abundance of caution and in order to protect our staff and others, persons displaying symptoms of Covid-19 will be required to immediately demit the Corporation while we call the Ministry of Health’s hotline on your behalf if you so require.
The Penal/Debe Corporation reminds the public to continue taking all necessary preventative measures and precautions as advised by the Ministry of Health to safeguard yourself and your families in mitigating the spread of the Covid-19 Virus.
